In other words, the round of re-tweets permanently affected their ranking for a keyword that they never ranked for before. This article seems to say that the reason this works is the Google authority of the re-tweets. I am curious, for all you Twitsluts out there (I say with with respect, not malice) does this only work with authority retweets, or can you overwhelm it with quantity and do the same thing? If you can do it with multiple accounts ( I have only my own) can you do it over and over for more and more keywords?
