I'm only but wondering if there is any sort of interest for a software that would allow your VA's to clock in and out with break functions and everything else like that to keep track of your VA's.

If there was a program like this made, what functions should be on it and would you buy a software like that if it was made for the VA niche?

try hubstaff.com its awesome and also takes screenshots you can create 2 accounts 1 for your VA and a manager account for yourself. cheers!

Instead of asking here in the forums, try looking at what features your competitors are offering

There's demand for it and there are also similar pieces of software that already exist.

Thank You for the link. I'll look into what they have to offer. They seem to have everything you need. This makes me wonder if you actively use them and if you do what's your dislikes about what they offer or in what way could they improve their service to make it better benifet you? I ask only out of curiosity.

I'm doing both at the moment. I've got some spare time and decided that trying to throw together some mockups of a program within this niche might be smarter then something else that's on my list that I've been brainstorming with. Your criticism is appreciated. Have any ideas that would give someones software the edge within the market?

It may take me awhile to have something to legitimately compete with but eventually I would have something at least just as good or maybe a little better within a specific area.

Hello, yes I actively use them to track my 5 employees. Usually for my VA's I dont track them because they produce alot
so I feel like I dont need to track them. But I track and its easy for me when it comes to payroll for my office employees.
also the system tells you when their computer is idle for a long time and they are on the clock. All this for free if you know how to set it up right ; )
