    Okey some base info.

    I have a PunBB 1.3 forum and a Wordpress 3.1 site.
    I want the forum integrated in the wordpress template aswell.
    So they feel as one.

    Url Config
    site.idn
    site.idn/forum

    I guess that you will have to edit the forum template to load the needed Wordpress site stuff and present it aswell.

    So how much would this set me back if you do it?

    The "main.tpl" from the forum looks like this:
    PHP:
    <!DOCTYPE html PUBLIC "-//W3C//DTD XHTML 1.0 Strict//EN" "http://www.w3.org/TR/xhtml1/DTD/xhtml1-strict.dtd">

    <
    html xmlns="http://www.w3.org/1999/xhtml" <!-- forum_local -->>
    <
    head>
    <
    meta http-equiv="Content-Type" content="text/html; charset=utf-8" />
    <!--
    forum_head -->
    </
    head>
    <
    body>

    <
    div id="brd-wrap" class="brd">
    <
    div <!-- forum_page -->>

    <
    div id="brd-head" class="gen-content">
        <!--
    forum_skip -->
        <!--
    forum_title -->
        <!--
    forum_desc -->
    </
    div>

    <
    div id="brd-navlinks" class="gen-content">

    I haven't tested this but Instead of doing that, maybe you can export the sql from your existing forum. Then import them back to your new forum using one of those WordPress forum plugins.

    Yeah well i did some testing with bbPress and some other forum software's.
    But i did'nt lite the result, but thats not bbPress fault, just bad export/import tool.

    But iv done some pros and cons and decide to stay with old forum software, and keep all indexed posts and url's.

    I have one working on my problem right now, hope he can fix it :)
