InstallCore how to join to them ?

Hey, I'm trying to contact with installcore/ironsrc, but its hard, they do not reply at all, their email [email protected] is down , messages are rejected, only contact form works on their website, but they do not reply at all, do you know how to contact with them ? or how to apply for account

I have more than 1000 install per day (mix worldwide) , quality free software

when I'm trying to apply using this form (partners/publishers/#anchorPubForm), I got error when I click on "Sent" .. strange

"The requested URL was rejected. Please consult with your administrator."
