Install a FREE WP theme, put any ad, shorten the excerpt and get $5 now

Hey there,

I want some1 to do these for me :

1. Install a Good Looking Wordpress theme (you seach it). I trust your sense
2. Install thumbnails for each blog post
3. Add image to each blog post
4. Shorten the excerts to about only 200 words
5. add any random ad in the sidebar. Should look good

I am willing to pay via PP ASAP, should not take much time but I just don't want to do it. If you need it then Please PM me ASAP.

I do not want suggestions on how I can do it myself. I want YOU to do it.
