Hello, long time ago i had an account on Instagress. When i try to loggin i cannot add any time or download the tool anymore.

Any suggestions on how to get in touch with them? mailing them does not seem to work.

These tools are dead. Switch to Manual Service, Do it Manually or Hire a VA
 
What you can do is look into real device automation, or you can use some API tools. However, real device automation is a safer choice if you plan on automating your account.

;) , You can PM me if you want more " In- deepth proof" as im not trying to give them issues. Im just asking how to get in contact with them, otherwise i would not ask that..

Instagress shut down years ago due to legal action from Instagram, so there’s no official way to contact or reactivate old accounts. If you’re looking for an alternative, consider newer tools or building your own automation setup (using high-quality mobile proxies to avoid blocks).
