Instagram warm up strategy

How do you guys warm up your instagram accounts? How do you set them up?

I have tried warming them up with modest settings, following only around 15 people per day. Jarvee is being used for that. I'm constantly getting action blocked and getting accounts suspended. The accounts are created on mobile phone using mobile number on mobile 4g network. They have pfp and bio.

What settings should be used? Should I look into getting a proxy even though I'm using mobile data? I have 7 accounts currently. Should I let them rest for some time after they are created?

After Creating an instagram accounts you have to do the following
1. Follow 15-20
2. Change your profile pic
3. Post your first post. Picture
4. Log out


Rest

Next day
1. Login
2. Likes
3. Search for people and follow
4. Follow people with less followers
5.Log out

Next day
1. Login
2. Post Picture
3. Like
4. Follow

Repeat this step for 2-3 weeks

I am working on building an smm panel basically on ig. I need to understand everything in out. I have discovered a lot of weak points of ig.
There is absolutely nothing like bot detection in ig.
They only randomised everything.
For those using vpn and proxies, surely they might highly likely get their account ban. Expect that account has gain some good scores in ig logarithm. These days new account are ban easily if you don't understand what you are doing.
 
1. *Create accounts manually* with mobile data and complete profile.
2. *Rest accounts* for 3-5 days before taking any actions.
3. *Gradually increase activity*: Start with 5-10 follows/likes per day, then build up.
4. *Use mobile proxies* for each account to mimic real user behavior.
5. *Diversify actions*: Like, follow, comment, watch stories, and DM.
6. *Post regularly* with high-quality content, at least 2-3 times a week.
7. *Monitor activity* and avoid quick, bulk actions to prevent detection.

I would also add:
Watch some reels and stories to give it a more humanized touch.

Not 4g proxy, that's for sure. If they get ban with 4g proxy they surelly will get ban with mobile data as well. it depends of how the accounts were created, the trust score they gain and so on.
 
If you use Jarvee, that can be tricky because Instagram’s algorithm is very sensitive to suspicious activity.
 
Wow, I didn't know this way of warm up, but it's complicated o_O

Let the accounts rest for a while between acts
 
Let accounts rest 24-48 hours after creation, start slow with 5-10 follows/day, post content first, use mobile proxies if managing multiple accounts, and gradually increase activity to avoid flags

I never thought of such a method. On the contrary, I usually try to fill the page as much as possible without a break. Thanks for the helpful advice!
 
If you have many accounts, be sure to use residential IP and distinguish each account and IP. Otherwise, you will be banned.
 
Are these accounts active on different devices or are they active on the same phone?
Every time you use a mobile device, before accessing a new account, you should turn them off and then turn them back on to get a new IP address. So each account is active on a different IP address

I operate more than 10 accounts on my phone, and I can still do more. Ig is a shit hole they are just business people just like X. They security is a floppy flop.
 
To warm up Instagram accounts, start with very modest actions (e.g., 10-20 follows, 10-15 likes per day) and gradually increase after a few days. Use mobile proxies if you're scaling, even with 4G data, and ensure your accounts have complete profiles (bio, profile picture, posts).
