Instagram vs. Google Search

Hi,
I read maybe about half a year ago that Instagram is starting to show or trying to show its content in Google search engine results.
I read that the account should be a Business account, maybe at first or some who has been longer in the Instagram. So no new accounts.

• But do you have any search engine results during this time?
• Probably something should show up in Google image search?
• I think it shows mostly the trusted accounts first?

You are going to have to check check Instagram's policy in the settings portion of your account since that is where you will find this information. I did not publicly hear about an announcement but you can find it in the settings if they did make that change.

From my experience, Instagram posts do show up sometimes, but mostly from bigger or older accounts. New accounts rarely get indexed quickly. Business account might help, but I don’t think it’s the main factor - visibility and engagement seem more important.
