Anyone that could help me with this? Wanna look at 1 profile. cannot follow this person since he does not accept anyone (0 followers) only added pictures.

I got a good reason, not everbody needs to know that.

I don't think there's any way to see someone's pictures if he's private.
 
The only other way would be to know his password. Maybe through some sort of phishing method? I wouldn't suggest doing that though since it's probably illegal.

That's the problem. No one is following this user. and he does not accept anyone. I asked a friend with 763k followers to follow, and he got rejected so bad.

The profile picture is me, reported to instagram. did scan my id, they dont do anything with it.

The user already uploaded 16 pictures.

Thats why i need find someone to get all the pictures or ''more''

Go over to hackforums you'll have a better chance of help there. I think it is possible with Facebook but I think you need to get in a chat with them.
 
As mentioned your only option is probably social engineering. Pretend to be somehow he would accept or maybe Google personal info and try a password reset on his email hoping it's not phone verified then password reset on his IG. This is illegal and a really big hassle to look at a picture though.
 
Google it: most common 1k passwords
Setup a script to try each pass, use proxies also

If you magical know any of his/her followers, try to find his password too.
