Instagram Reply Bot

Hello one of my friend using a bot (Not confirmed) where he set some letter like "a" , "b" , "g" and more. When he got a message on instagram then he just reply with some letter and a message automatically goes as reply in Instagram. He setup a different message for every letter and when he replied with a letter like "g" then the message which is set for "g" letter is goes to reply.

If anyone know about this type of bot then please let me know. Thanks!
