Instagram Pic Upload Tool(and Pic Changer tool?)

I'm trying to add a bunch of photos to aged IG accounts.

1. Is it safe to add 5-6 pics at the same time?
2. Is there a tool which accepts a proxy and allows me to upload pictures without using the IG app from a mobile device.
3. Are there any recommended pic changer tools on the internet( changes pixels or background or something so facial recognition doesn't tag account as spam.)

Bump, I've been searching and see it's possible to post with massplanner somehow, still trying to figure that out though.

1 . If uploading manually ok

2.firefox proxie changer addon

3.adobe photoshop or adobe illustrator

All needs to be done manually to avoid ban.
