Instagram phone verify problem ?

half of my Instagram account need pva , I use textplus (us phone number )before ,but now can not received SMS . so I use smspva to verify ,all my account baned .

I thanks the problem is the phone number before is us phone , now use Russia phone number .so Instagram ban my account .

how to resolved this problem ?? I need use us phone number . where to get ???

You should not have used smspva. The quality of their numbers is bad and I think that this caused the ban.

I hear google voice works. It changes all the time though.

Use real sim cards, any other way will sooner or later get you bans

Most likely is that those numbers are already used many times. Buy a real sim, you may get a couple of verified or good accounts before the sim gets banned or blocked.
