So I set up 10 IG accounts, all with different URL-shorteners but all leading to the same URL

Now when I enter my site, it's showing the "Reported Web Forgery" both in FF and Chrome

How would I go about to avoid this in the future? Can you use one subdomain of your domain per account or will I face the same problem?

Get separate domains. Instagram can follow the URL shorteners to their final destination. So, if they all end up at XYZ.com, Instagram will flag all accounts pointing to that domain. And, in the future, any new account that points to XYZ.com will be automatically flagged.
So, get new domains, the one you have is most likely not good from now on.

So even using different subdomains per account won't help? I mean it's like a web 2.0, and they must be linked to a lot, same domain but different subdomains

Use .altervista.org or a .tk domain (they come with free hosting)
