You are not correct. No need to wait, it will start working from day one. I am doing it from last 3years and its still working like a boss.

Sure, you get growth from day one, but you can't say the growth doesn't gradually and exponentially increases as the child accounts grow throughout the first month.

According to my experience,I have seen slave accounts tagging main in bio which is not clickable.This is just an experience.
Yes its true but i can 20+ followers with 10 child accounts from day one which is much higher. There are many other who can do this, you just need to know best way to manage child accounts

Using bots is dead unless you have a good custom coded one,outsourcing work to people is good so what are your suggestions then for the best way?
I already told, when you hire unprofessionals, problems always there.
Using all tools story votes, follow, like, comments, comments like etc.

Tools to follow,like and comment are pretty dead which are public bots.Story voter is good but let's say you are using story voter and you want to post in your child accounts then how do you do it? Manually or using modules of the same script?
Basically you need to hire a developer for bot creation only customised bots are working now. I did not try jervee even 1 time
I personally use auto repost from mother account
