Almost all automated tools such as Jarvee are dead now. Try growing your account organically at all cost, don't jeopardize it by using some shady tricks. These days it became much harder to gain new followers the way you did it before July 2019 and I guess that prices for good IG accounts will skyrocket in 2020, so play it safe.
