Instagram keeps suspending/banning my accounts

Any experts here, that can point me in the right direction?
Depends a lot how you create it. I would suggest to factory reset the phone and create it whit a phone number and not an email. Use also mobile data, 3g, 4g doesn't matter, but use mobile data and disable the wifi. If you can delete your google account before creating the account even better. Google accounts/ google play active is a big footprint, they are looking at that as well.

After you create the account, you can add an email, verify the email, and delete the phone number if you want.

First day after creation I recommend you profile it: add avatar/ profile image, bio, name and follow 10 recommended accounts, like a few posts, watch a few stories, make 2-3 comments. Second day you can start posting, add stories but do it slowly, gradually.

DON'T change USERNAME in the first day if you didn't liked the one you choose in the creation process. Also, I've observed that they don't allow to change the username in some cases when you create the account and you are given a random one, based on the name you choose. Don't change the username in the first week, and don't add any link to the account. Those 2 activities can banned your account on the spot so don't do it. Wait 1 week then change username if you want and add a link. After you do that, wait 24h before doing any activity: follow, like, story view etc.

After first week you can increase the acitivity, slowly ofc.

Thanks a lot man! Really good stuff.

I have tried creating 2 accounts now, both through seperate cloning apps and 5g connection on my regular (probably flagged phone).

So far no problems after creation. I have only scrolled, liked and commented a bit.

What would be the advantage of signing up with phone number, is it only to bypass creation suspension?

Also; what are your thoughts on moving to laptop after a while (month or so?) to manage the multiple accounts? What would be the best way to avoid suspension and verification?

Thanks again.

I advise you to do the same. Of course, you should warm up the account for a few days, then like and share posts normally. Ensure your IP address isn't blocked for spam.

The Instagram app was created mainly for phones and the phones have mobile number so they expect a mobile number for creation more than emails.

No safe way to do it on laptops, you can try on safe browsers + mobile proxies but in the long run, it's still risky, it's how it is. If you still want ti do it:
1. Logout from your ig acc on phone and rest 24h
2. Log in in browser
3. Rest 24h before doing anything
4. If you want to change username and add link in bio, do this before you add the acc in browser, do it on phone.
5. After you log 8n 8n browser, delete the acc from your phone ( you can uninsyltall app) and log out from previous devices, find that in Settings

Stick with phone, just reset it. I hear around community that a lot of AI model pages are also having hard time maintaining their pages alive. I'd suggest mixing AI content with real content (mix background with real background instead of having 100% AI output).

Regarding your accounts getting banned, it's because you are registering it via browser. Almost every social media platform has their trust score set to lowest if an account is made via browser. Stick with your phone and use SIM + mobile data/mobile proxy.

I have tried a couple of things the last few days:

- I created an account on my new flagged phone, but in Parallel Space, using a Protonmail to sign up, and warmed it up for three days. Added a bio after 2 days (no link) and on day 4 (today) I created my first carrousel post, by cloning my image gallery in Parallel Space, and using photos from there, BOOM, account suspended.
- I created 3 more accounts using my old phone, all running on VM's through VMOS, and using my new phone's 5g connection as a hotspot. 1 of the 3 is already suspended during warm up phase.

Could it be that my 5g connection is somehow linking all these accounts together? Could it be that because I used photos from my gallery, that IG somehow links that to my person? It seems that whatever I do, I get suspended.

You are probably using the free trial AdsPower account. They are not infallible

Try Multi-Login and run it inside a new OS install in a VM, like virtualbox or VMWare.

If you register a new account using a browser, even if you use a real browser and your unique IP, it’s still very easy to get banned.

You're definitely not alone — Meta’s systems have gotten way more aggressive when it comes to new accounts, especially when there's any AI-related content or suspicious patterns.

A few things that might help:

  • Avoid reusing devices or browser fingerprints. Even with Soax + AdsPower, Meta may still link your previous activity if device/browser profiles aren’t fresh or isolated enough.
  • Warm up slowly. New accounts that make changes too fast (like uploading a profile pic + bio within minutes) raise red flags. Let them sit idle for a day, then interact like a real user (scroll, follow a few real accounts, etc.) before posting.
  • Content triggers. Even AI-generated images that look too “perfect” or lack metadata might trip Instagram’s moderation filters. Try mixing in some real lifestyle content or variations that seem more human-shot.
  • Check account creation method. Use mobile app with 4G + clean Android fingerprint when possible. Accounts made via browser or with automation tools get flagged more easily.

Scaling AI influencers is possible — but it’s become more like managing aged, warmed-up personas than just spinning up new bots.

You're on the right track with proxies and browser isolation — now it’s about dialing in the human behavior simulation.

Hi,

About a month or 2 ago, I started creating AI influencers accounts on Instagram. There are lots of accounts like these on Instagram lately, some even with 100k+ followers. My accounts grew pretty hard, until some accounts got suspended, and one of them even banned. Other accounts were linked to the banned account, and eventually all got suspended and/or banned. I created and managed these accounts all by using my own phone, laptop etc.

Then, after some research, I set up a residential proxy (Soax) and used AdsPower to create a new account. To my surprise, this account got suspended within 15 minutes again. I never even uploaded a post, only a profile picture and bio.

At this point I'm pretty much clueless on how other people are building these accounts, without getting flagged, suspended and banned every time.
Any experts here, that can point me in the right direction?

Much appreciated.
Yes, I also experience this situation when using Adspower, often getting banned. I just switched to a fingerprint browser that claims to be the most secure, and now it's much better. And preheating your account is also important. After registration, do not immediately update your personal profile or upload pictures. It is best to imitate the behavior of real users.
