I heard there are a couple phases every year in which a couple thousand insta and facebook employees go manually through accounts and check/review them

1. Just a rumor or truth?
2. If it does happen, how often does it happen?

I appreciate any Information on this :)

If that was the case, there wouldn't be aged accounts for sale in the market.
Both FB and insta have 1b+ accounts, that means 500k+ accounts per employee if your assumption of 2k employees doing this is true. Not feasible.
They'd rather have 200 coders work on improving the algorithm to get rid of botting instead.

Do you expect a reply from Instagram HQ or something lol? I don't think anyone knows for sure.

Been selling accounts for year. There are yearly wipes, sometimes they happen twice a year.
Dunno if there's people checking manually, but they don't check the account, they check submitted ads and thus ban thousands of accs
You know how in the news you see "Facebook deleted 200 million fake accounts"? Well that's part of the wipes.

Im fully whitehat.
But im scared of instagram banning my accounts if i link all accounts to one website, even if the website is totally clean
And i dont want to use a cloaker as i think it s illegal and also it s expensive and it is not 100% 24/7 365 days a year fully functional

My safe solution right now is to create a website each for every 5 Accounts

I would do 1 website per account even if whitehat

Do you mean the advertissements? Ads about cpa = ban? Do you mean these?
Ads about a lot of things get banned, I am part of many facebook groups where people that run their real stores and businesses get banned for no reason and support is generally pathetic.

support is generally pathetic
Someone went to Silicon valley to the Facebook HQ to seek for help and well, you can guess, he didnt get any help at all hahaha
Support is non existant

I got an even better idea just now!!!
I will create an instagram account just for the website itself and then push that instagram account in all other instagram accounts that i own (in the story and story Highlights, it s a test yourself and quiz website), what do you think of that Plan? :D
Totally safe right :D

I would imagine From every zuck interview I seen, that here's their structure (a dummy explanation to understand easily but not fully):

1) IP/spam detectors
2) their artificial intelligence
3 ranks: green, yellow, red
4) reds: get deleted/ban/blocks
5) yellows: get blocks/shadowbans/etc.
6) if yellow doesn't turn to green, humans review it
7) green: genuine users who do what they want
