There was only ‚Primary’ Tab.

I don't think you can hide it unless you modify somehow the app...
 
It's designed to filter messages from people you aren't following. Must be an old video.
 
Hmmm I found my old acc - it’s private since ~ 2017 and it doesnt have this tab. Strange, but anyway, Thanks guys :D
