If you let someone log in to your account, they no longer have to hack it. They would be able to do anything you can do once logged in.

You CAN let someone log into your Instagram account but for what reason? I run an instagram growth service and I of course have to log into all my clients accounts so they have to give me their login info!

Unless the person already does legal business or services for social media, don't give out your login info to anyone.

Only bad things can happen from giving out your login info to just anyone.

As to those that say "if you have your original email used to create the account" you should be able to get it back. Short answer is yes. Long answer is, what's your account worth if they delete all posts, before you get it back?

    Please review @BlackCat0.0 and @colorme

Them two awnsers are best relevant to OP's question.

Also if you still are wondering anything then ask and maybe I can pitch in regarding my experiences.

I help manage some Instagram accounts and I need to login into their accounts. It's a matter of trust. Don't share your password to anyone if you don't need to.

As far as I know, that was before april-may. The form to report an account as hacked has been disabled. I cannot find a way to recover an account now, once the email/phone/facebook is changed
