Instagram banning my accounts faster than usual..

Hey guys, i don't know if any of you have noticed but accounts on Instagram when being used to spam (like,follow,comment,post) are being banned faster than usual, it's not my method because it was working good up until yesterday, and when going into Edit Profile it shows "You need an email or confirmed phone number." even if you created a PVA, or if you enter in a confirmed email or phone number, once you save it and go back in edit profile it still shows that so i do not know if that has to do with accounts being banned. if any of you figure something out please share it here

Are you using any captcha solving services? If not, use one, they help.
And also it depends on the age of your accounts

The very least you can do is verify the email of the account if you don't want want to to PV it.
