I know a lot of people are saying if you link to a CPI offer like ogads from instagram you need to have two websites to avoid a ban. ex: Instagram BIO Link ----> Prelocker domain with button -----> landing page with locker.

But if I make my own unique landing page from scratch with HTML, would i really need to use a prelocker domain with button?

    Thanks

Of course you will need it .

    It called cloaking

Your letting example facebook think your going to so so website but really end up on a sales page = cloaking.

    Ps.

Every page on the internet is html , backhand coding can not be seen ....

No one can do nothink with out html.

So buying a domain which redirects to the offer is an easy way to get banned fast ?

@redarrow i thought the reason for the cloaking was because ig spiders recognized the ogads landing page source or something? so if i used my own it wouldn't set off a flag.

Every social account follows there links these days ,and if they manually check which they do there ban you for using the website for there traffic , cloaking helps becouse they can only ban the domain your hitting and reditrecting the traffic but the sales page dont get hit .

So you might lose a domain but never the money website .

They can only report your domain and most domains just ignore it unless you use godaddy there in with google ok

The point is your getting traffic from a website to get sales on your website ,and no big website likes that ,so they ban/ delete you , but if you point to a domain and redirect to another there nothink they can do , they can only report the domain that pointing from there website from the link.

    Hope you understand
