Instagram will not notice that ips are changing when you are using 4g ips. These ips change only one fig like previous ip was 123.345.65 new ip will 123.345.72 which is similer to previous one.
Whenever you turn off mobile data and turn it on again it also change ip like this so its not a big deal
Instagram algorithm will think that you are using instagram on mobile and in this way you can trick them.
4g rotating ips auto rotate in 3 or 5 minutes so you dont have to take this headache to change ips
