Even though sitting behind the computer 24/7 yields the highest possible $$$; it is still important to be physically active. The human race was not meant to sit for more than 30 minutes at a time, and here we are, buying special glasses so we can sit and use the computer for 10 hour sessions. I am sure that we are all guilty.

Sports keep you looking like the sexy creature you are, and also gives inspiration. So lets hear it, what is your sport of choice- and what motto gives you inspiration? I will start.

    Wrestling:
"Pain is weakness leaving the body"

    I enjoy bodybuilding.

Football & basketball. Then, bodybuilding. Favorite motto? I don't really have one. Music is the usual motivation. Along with videos of Ray Lewis and stuff like that.

I like the quote sn0rt posted.

I agree with you bro. I am not sure what the answer is.

The thing is, even if you do sports/gym/other exercise in the evening and weekends, you are still sitting for several hours per day at a desk which is just not good for your health.

I am really resistant to ever doing a desk job again. Sadly, IM is a desk job. The only good thing is you can make recurring income but, still, there is no such thing as income that lasts forever.

Problem is, non-desk jobs (non white-collar) tend to be low paid. It's really tough.
