    Problem:
The internet is being overloaded with crap content that is going to overflow and turn the internet into garbage. I have been seeing to much garbage on the internet, and what is sad is that garbage can rank. We have become so focused on money that we dont realize what we are doing, the everyday person looking for information is coming across garbage pages that dont make sense (spun content) have links that look like hell (mostly no anchor?) and link out to a page that is just trying to sell their item. Where did the quality content go? that is why google launched panda, and are doing everything they can.

All of these blackhat services that offer you hundreds of wiki's and automatic articles, just loads of scraped content. Well this is the problem, scraped content is filling the internet and it is even being sold as a service. Scraped content come with a veriety of problems, and there is many ways to know if it is scraped or not.

    Solution:
Finding this scraped content and knowing how can save you $$ from buying services that are going to get your site sandboxed and ultimately do the opposite of what you truly want. I have seen this all to many times, in fact some of the more popular services out there just give you junk. Why? because it is fast and easy money.

But all it is doing is filling the internet with as i said "junk"

Google is utilizing this knowledge, and have begun taking action completely erasing these pages from their index. They look for signs from every peace of content and copied content (scraped). How can you tell which pages are scraped content? Well there are a few things you can look at..

"Hey, I gave you a link, so we're cool, right bro?"

    No bro, we're not cool.

This stuff is garbage. It's content pollution, the garbage of the internet..

Watch out for things like this! What are you doing? building 1000 wiki sites? submitting 1000 articles? Nice!... No, not nice. Even if google indexes them, they are on the march to get deindexed. Maybe you will see a small boost in your rankings. But you will fall.

Google is trying their best to deindex these websites.. The content above, is not indexed anymore, along with the website..

but of course it doesnt stop there, the content above is all over the internet.

Time for google to remember the content, and deindex all pages with this scraped content..

But google doesnt allways get it right, that is why we find garbage content like this, beating our unique pages that deserve to be at the front!!! We need a way to help google filter out this content. Of course it doesnt seem like there is a way to do this without people utilizing it to beat their competitors. This sets the ability for garbage to persist, however, google is trying and i feel they will succeed.

Are we really, this desperate for backlinks?

and please worry, it gets worse..

Google is on the deindex move, we should save our websites before they are all deindexed.

Without inventing something remarkable, or discovering something previously undiscovered. Most information 'content' is rehashed. There are probably millions of unique articles on SEO that were hand written and yet contain much of the exact same content (in unique language) as other articles being that there are many commonly known SEO facts.

Do you think google can differentiate between this and highly spun 100% human readable but scraped content?

good point, that is not quite what i meant though. even if it is the same content, as long as its unique in some way. a rewrite is different from a spin.

I am just saying that the junk is becoming a bit ridiculous, google is trying its best but they obviously have trouble separating the 2. i mean the test in the post proved they are trying. but yea some of these links stilll work.

You can setup TBS in a specific way where almost every re-write is fine, unique and easy to read.

You just have to spend some time, its not buy, click and go.

Maybe we should have some kind of "peer reporting system", where if you catch your competitors doing scraped/spun/duplicate/garbage content, you can file a report and if Google finds that you are correct with your information, they can reward you with a boost in the SERPs. In extreme cases, if a competitor's site is deindexed, then whoever reported the violator would get a percentage of the competitor's juice. It could be another variable in the algorhythm, like PageRank.

Sites that may not do well for original content might still have a competitive advantage because of their ability to root-out and expose all the garbage content producers out there. Maybe there could be a private-public partnership and an international agency could be established in order to create and maintain standards for content, and regulate the rewards system for those that bring substandard content to light.

The only way to be safe and rank high always is .. add only unique content to your money site. Don't buy cheap crap SEO services. And stay away from spamming the hell out of forums, blogs, wikis for some 2 cent backlinks.
