I have seen a lot of posts asking for a program that switches proxies automatically. I'm sure there are plenty out there but what I've used, in my more nefarious days, is A4 Proxy. It checks and rates proxies and even has a scanner to get new proxies. Here is a link for the free download, i'm sure there are plenty of ways to find a cracked version.

From their website:

Anonymity 4 Proxy (A4Proxy) is a personal anonymous proxy server and anonymizing software. Once you install on your own computer, it will allow you to surf the Web with privacy. This local proxy server includes a database with hundreds of anonymous public proxy servers located all over the world. The program is essential for those who value their privacy and who want to surf the web anonymously. With A4Proxy, you can scan each server, check its response time, confirm its anonymity, and test its speed in connection with the website or ftp-server that interests you (HTTP, HTTPS (Secure HTTP) and FTP are supported). You can choose the best candidate as your default proxy, or select the option to use a different proxy for each request. Advanced features allow you to actively hide yourself while surfing: A4Proxy can generate a fake IP address for each request, selectively modify HTTP variables, block cookies, and more. The program also helps to avoid network congestions and can be used by webmasters and network administrators to test their servers.

Enjoy.

is it any good?
can you scan from proxies based on country ie uk?

Does it work with IE? if yes, how do you manage it? I would like to post up some fake reviews so i need to swap proxies after about 6 clicks? how could i do this?

It has been awhile since I've used it but:

It worked very well, especially in being able to weed out proxies that identify themselves to websites that they are proxies. It also allows you to fake some ip/header info.

When you scan the proxies I believe it tells you what country it comes from, but you may need to export the list to another proxy checker that will identify the country of origin. It is very easy to export/import so this shouldn't be a problem.

The way it works is you set up the proxy settings in whatever application you are using to connect to 127.0.0.1 (not sure which port) and A4 acts as the intermediary between your program and the internet. I would imagine to post fake reviews, you would need to obtain proxies that don't send information to the website identifying it as a proxy. "HTTP_VIA" (most common), "HTTP_Forwarded", "HTTP_User_Agent_VIA" are the most common. There are options to filter out proxies that don't have that information in their headers. I'm sure also you can get some proxies without that information from vendors here.

Check out
for more info on how to configure/use it.
