I don't know exactly what you mean but I know conduit.com is a great service for making your own highly customizable toolbars.

toolbarstudio is another good one, but you have to pay for it

I have toolbar studio,just i am looking if I can get a way to use it,but not in the conventional way....

I hear about the one pixel technique in emails,wondering if I can do it in toolbars..,or the delayed pop up,or.....

Nothing specific,just try to learn if some BH method can be used with toolbars.

I searched the net and didn't found a lot of information about it.
