As due to the paypal changes since 2010, I don't know if we indians are allowed to take part in the subscription based services or product sales because I tried using sellfy.com and it denied selling products. So my question goes out to the indians who are selling products via any medium online.

What steps did you take to sell products or services? Are you using ejunkie or any other sites?

    Assume:
Your clients are worldwide and not just in india.
Think that you have products priced under 50$, like say ebooks or some other online subscription or similar product.

I'd appreciate guidance and help in this matter.

I tried to use paypal on sellfy.com and the sales bounced, saying paypal doesn't accept indian seller for sellfy.

As far as Paypal is concerned, they wouldn't accept any business model in India except foe the business deals with Tangible good only! All other paypal accounts used for other services gets limited!
