I Verified my paypal without any card. Now my paypal is fully verified without any black hat method. I have only SBI account ( SBI has only mastero, and we cant verify our account using mastero card) and i linked my bank account with paypal, paypal sent me 2 small payments Rs.1.20 and Rs. 1.02. I entered the exact payment they sent into my paypal after seeing my SBI statement and they asked my ID proof i send my driving licence copy. Thats it.

hey, i thought indians prefered the bank account verification system in whic they neft a few small amounts and you enter them and your account gets verified. why go through the hassles of credit and debit cards?

The bank verification system no longer works. It has been withdrawn by Paypal. As far as Netsafe is concerned, it is a VCC card... what about the ICICO one, mentioned by OP? What if Paypal asks user to send scan of their credit card? They have done so in several instances. As far as the Yuva Card of SBI concerned, has it got any age limitations... I mean has the person applying for it need to be with a certain age group only?

Does team Paypal accept this ICICI in lieu of CC? I mean not their automated computers, but their physical team. Thanks in advance for your reply.

@ nirmar Man your method should work but do you know I heard from some Indian guys that if you verify your PP with Indian banks then while making payments to several companies like godaddy etc.. it won't work and paypal will ask you to verify your account with credit card. So I don't think it is a good option if you get such limitation of making payments with such companies.

@ Bigbuddy I used VCC to verify one of my old paypal however it was banned due to another reason but as far as I know it will only happen if your account gets in negative balance. As if your account get in to negative balance paypal will try to charge from the attached Credit Card and as we have VCC added so paypal won't be able to charge it and it will make our account frozen. So as far as your account have enough balance to conver charge backs there won't be any problem with VCC. as far as I know thousands of guys use VCCs and paypal won't freeze them.
Just store your VCC info in text file they really don't ask for your CC info and if they ask when you call them for having any issues with them for verification just say them you can provide bank information but not share your CC number and they really won't force you to provide it and neither they ask you to send any docs related to your credit card for verification it only hapens once your account is in negative balance.
