Option a, just google it
Option b, find out who are you trying to target, what kind of reader, user, demographic.. Without this detail it wouldn't matter what site or forum you find, as irrelevancy = spam = no ctr = a waste of time

There is this little tiny thing invented a few years back.. you might of heard of it.. GOOGLE. Say it with me.. Goo...GLE. Great, now that we have got past that. Let's try not posting in the wrong category. I don't see how you confused "LOCAL SEO" with Indian forum sites.
