You can ping them, backlink them, it'll increase the chance of getting indexed, but there's no GUARANTEE that they will get indexed. You can also try Lindexed the service or there are many indexing services that will increase the chance to get indexed.

    Home Page:
I pride myself on getting new pages and websites indexed within a couple of hours, sometimes even within a few minutes.

I have to tell you though that nobody can "promise" or guarantee you that a page/website (of any type) will be indexed by Google or any other search engine.

Can it be done? More often than not, it can.
Can I guarantee it? Absolutely not.

Hope that helps you kind of wrap your mind around what your asking and why it's a tough question to answer with any accuracy.

Sorry, when i said guarantee maybe that was the wrong word. What do you use to get pages and websites indexed in hours/minutes?

Whenever i need a new domain indexed i have no probs, as there is a post http://www.blackhatworld.com/blackh...ree-submit-your-website-2500-directories.html which submites your site to 2500 about us pages and whenever i have used it my site has been indexed within 24 hrs.

But you can only submit toplevel domains and not pages like squiddo/mypage etc.

Try a indexing or crawling service like lindex or linklicious. You and also try throwing some backlinks to the backlinks to get them indexed, for example using profiles and comments from services like drip feed blast to help with your indexing. I normally use this as my tier 3 or 4 of my backlink structure and use lindex to help crawl those links too.

Ideally Google should index your website on its own but to ensure deep and complete indexing of all the web-pages, you must:
    - Submit an XML sitemap to Google
    - Develop a do-follow internal linking structure

    For quick indexing, you may:
    - Ping the search engines
    - Acquire some new (relevant) Inbound Links from authority sites
    - Submit your URLs to social bookmarking sites
    - Contribute in related communities and social networking sites
    - Login at live webmaster tools and verify your website
    - Use rigorous blog commenting and guest posting to popularize your blog
    - Generate RSS feed
    - Identify niche related forums and start talking about (and posting signatures) on those forums.
