I post new content daily to my site - recently it has been getting indexed in a day. I have a google alert set up for my site - so every time it is indexed I will get an alert. Today the new content was indexed in under a hour - about 20 minutes. Is this a good sign? Maybe google is putting more trust/authority on my site? Any input will be greatly appreciated!

Could be that Google likes your content and has decided to crawl your site more often. Or could be a coincidence - you put up something new right before a scheduled crawl. Check again when you post some new content so see if it's consistent. If it is congrats.

The indexing speed I think it's irrelevant, pray for your content to rank

Your server has been blessed by the Google Gods. Go in peace my son and may all your content be indexed instantaneously.

I've noticed this too.. Here's my outline.

Post article with images, alt-tags, unique content, on-page seo, etc.
Share it on Facebook, Twitter, Google+.
Do about 2-4 articles per day, in random patterns, day 1-3 nothing, day 4 4 articles, day 3 1 article, etc.
Zero link building to these pages.

Now it seems like anytime I post something new it gets indexed immediately.
Every post with the exception of a few are ranking on page one for those keywords in the article.
All are lower comp but still ranking on page one for hundreds of keywords is never a bad thing.

its a good sign Of course. If you are a forum person then you know that in Warrior forum and some other forums Google index pages in 4 minutes or less. Its because they are popular and get a lot of visitors per day. That's the reason. I think your site has also made good reputation that's why its happening.

If you have enough links, it should get indexed within 1-2 minutes. It's no big deal buddy..
