Indexing or Pining Tools with Proxy Support..

    Is there any Pinging or Indexing Tools with Proxy Support..?? I am looking for this from last several days and I didn't find any... I got one from BHW but with no Proxy Support...

    If any one have it please share with me.. I can also buy the Tool if it's Good...

    There's a free tool by the guy that made SEO Link Robot, look it up... it also does META indexing.
