You can index billions of pages today, if those pages don't have what people are interested in, it's useless.

Short and clear answer.

It is better to have 1 indexed post, with keyword research done, with a good post structure, h1, h2, h3, h4, keyword in the title, if possible starting with some random number, keyword naturally inserted in the first part of the text, the text of 2,000 to 4,000 words with 10 to 20 pictures and FAQ in the end, than a million others who will not bring me 1 view, let alone rank.
