Indexed but not refreshed in msn.

I have a prob. with msn.

A site thats #7 in yahoo with keyword that has 87 million competitiors (highest of them have Pr9 and lowest is Pr5-on the first page) Is not refreshing in msn (the domain wasnt active for a while and in msn after the site:.. search it shows the domain parking page), now its been active again for 2-3 months.

Msn spider visits once in every 3 days.

Ive done heavy linkspamming but Msn hasnt banned my site before.

Does msn and yahoo also judge original content?
Does msn and yahoo ban pages created with Phantom cloaker, SEC?
Does msn and yahoo ban you for using Prstorm?

Hi msn and yahoo are not as bad as goog for sandboxing or banning you but be carefull with prstorm because your isp could kick you out if you use it more than once a week and hitting on to many sites , thats only my opinion

Thanks for the reply, so msn and yahoo still have an automatic banning system, thats bad.

ISP as internet serice provider? I use anonymous internet wifi areas so I should be okay right?
