    Google indexed all but one of my pages as http://site.com but one page as http://www.site.com...
    Why did this happen? I have set preferred display to non www now but not sure that will fix the issue?

    it might have something to do with the ways your files are set up. if you have dynamic pages and such.

    the solution might be to add a canonnical url tag to the <head> section of your page. the tag looks like this:

    Code:
     <link rel="canonical" href="http://www.example.com/page.htm"/>
    where the URL is the preferred URL you would like Google to use.
