Increasing to 5000-10000 views? Long tail keywords

I have a couple of long tail key word videos that I'm trying to move up in the blended serps. The keywords are in Japanese and are pretty long tail so I figure 5000-10000 views would be more than enough. I looked all thru the forum but I couldn't find anything. What do you think is the best way to go about this?This is kinda what I've been thinking:

First- give some friends my channel address and tell them to rank all the videos to 5 and leave some comments. (Could they all go back a couple days later and with the same IP number but different account rank the videos again without being found out?)

Then- use combo ofthe firefox auto refresh add on and some automatic IP address changer which I could set to change after firefox refreshed 250 times.Also use the Better Privacy add on to clean out the LSO cookies.(I think I read that YT doesn't check IP's until after 300 suspicous views or something?)

Just brainstorming really, but because its all long tail I don't need anything crazy so I was hoping someone had some ideas. It seems like all of the YT bots (Tube Increaser, ect..) don't really work.

you wont get very far with this method the 250 or 300 freeze whatever amount is not just about ips google/youtube coders ain't this dumb their script is more sophisticated just go buy views or use tubetrain or something.
