Youtube Increaser usually does the trick for me. I been working on a proxy submission tool. If your trying to do marketing PM me and we can work something out. (i have set up a service for plays view etc). I will release my proxy tool when I get a 10:1 deletion rate. Meaning other than in my careful hands, overuse say 100,000 views in a couple hours gets flagged pretty fast. Slow and easy wins the race.

Did You tried to use TOR ? torproject.net as proxy ?

Yea they do. I have my whole operation to only add around 7k views a day after that I start adding SEO comments and 5star votes.

pharmacyboy, yes tried it once, but it is a bit complex, I like more simple things 
Also I am not sure it can work with tube increaser, because latter requires you to feed a list with proxies which it will use to load videos. I found some tools searching for working proxies from free lists but did not have time yet to test those tools and figure out the best one.
