I have a twitter account which have 1934 follower and 2128 following people.But now i am unable to follow more people.How can i follow more people....:happysad:

You could unfollow those who aren't following you to leave room open to start following others in the hopes that they follow you back.

Unfollow people, then follow. I do know the twitter limits your following when you do not have enough followers so unfollow people then start following again.
