    Hello Everyone.

I am sending a mass SMS (sms bulk).
One man asked me: ?Do you ever ran into blocks with messages, that they aren't delivered??
I answered him: ?Yes, that's possible, sms can be sent, but the recipient's mobile operator can block it. If i send the same text in the message to a for lot of different phone numbers - it looks very much like spam. When the text is different - there is less suspicion.?

In order to increase the percentage of SMS delivery to recipients, the content of sms message should be maximally different. As most of us sends SMS bulk with long phone numbers, a long phone number is usually not suitable for mass sending of sms. Thus the mobile operator could block such SMS
Long phone numbers it's personal phone number, not commercial number. This means message should be personal and differ from each other.

Remember: each recipient must get individual text in sms!
    Example:
    1. recipient (863) 111 11 11, text - "Hi Elisha. We have updated our menu, come to our restaurant "Pearl". You will enjoy! "
    2. recipient (909) 222 22 22, text - "Hello Brad, In our restaurant "Pearl" new dishes on the menu. Come and visit us!"
    3. recipient (206) 333 33 33, text - "Hey Richard! We are always happy to see you at our restaurant "The Pearl." We have an amazing menu items."
    4. ?
A little imagination and time, and the text is ready ;) Many options of text - that's good!

To create text, I use the MS Excel. In the first cell I have written greeting, in the second cell - the name of the recipient, in the third cell - one of the versions of the text. Then I have all the cells were combined, and I get an individual message.
    Example:
Hi | Elisha |.| We have | updated | our menu, | come | to our restaurant "Pearl". You will | get enjoyment!
Hello | Marta |,| we have | refresh | our menu, | visit | to our restaurant "Pearl". You will | enjoy!

If you in the body of the message write links to your site, the link should be different! Use URL short.
Example: app.x.co and other shortens url.

    This can come in handy:
    synonyms.memodata.com

P.S. Sorry me for bad English. I was a bad student in school :)

Sending unique sms does help somewhat but for the most part carriers in the USA are very wise when a $15 phone is sending out 4,000+ sms per hour no matter how unique your content is. I know people that spam using AT&T do not use unique messages and just send as fast as they can until their sim card gets shutoff. Sometimes unique sms may help you but it comes down to your phone sending too fast and their automated systems detect this quickly.

I'm not talking about blocking the sim-card, number of the sender in any case will be locked after large volumes of sent sms.
The point is that the operator must deliver SMS sent to recipients, and will not block them on the way. You can send 4000 sms, and people only get 2000 messages.

I send sms in the US not through a sim-card. I send sms via virtual phone numbers. With each number I send 2500 SMS. After sent 2500 SMS - I change the number to a new. Maybe I can send from one number 4000, but I do not do it. I am not worried that the number is locked, I'm worried that the operator will block my sms. If you send an SMS with AT&T to Verizon, then AT&T can send sms but block Verizon.

I do not live in the US, in my country does not block the number after 4000, and block after 200 SMS! This is sad.
But we have other advantages, support number sender - alpha numeric characters. This is when a instead of a long phone number- spelled the name of my company. It costs 2 cents per SMS and connect this service can be in one day.

I use a VPS to send with unlimited hosting. I'm having an issue with the relay. It seems to send hours after the software actually sendt the message. Not really sure what to do about that.
