Hello all, I'm new to the black hat world and I thought I'd contribute a pretty cool method of increasing your impressions. I searched and I couldn't find this posted, so please excuse me if this is a repost.

Basically, you use Firefox along with FoxyProxy and ReloadEvery extensions. You'll also need to install Tor (that's what FoxyProxy uses). What's cool about this, is every few minutes, your route will change on Tor. What does that mean? A new IP address for your page visits.

Manually reloading every page x number of times and changing your proxy manually is a huge burden. This is where FoxyProxy comes in. You can specify patterns of URLs to be loaded through Tor, while your normal web surfing traffic bypasses Tor and uses your ISP connection. If you combine this with ReloadEvery, you can open up multiple tabs (with the sites you'd like traffic to go to), and you can automatically refresh the pages every x amount of seconds or minutes. And since Tor will switch your IP every few minutes, you can set it and forget it.

Here's where it gets really gnarly if this works: Create multiple virtual machines to do the same operation. I recommend to use a Linux distro so you can get the Linux version of Tor. The Linux version of Tor has settings in which you can increase/decrease your anonymity level, e.g. from little to aggressive. In aggressive mode, your IP will change more than the default mode, but as far as I know, you can only make this change in a Linux version of Tor. What I can't figure out is: since the VMs are in the same geographic location, do the Tor routes stay the same? I haven't tried using VMs yet which is why I don't know. If the Tor routes do stay the same, have your VM hit a proxy and use Tor through the proxy :)

I usually open tabs with my sites and set them to refresh every 1 minute. Also, keep whatismyip dot com in a tab and have that refresh as well. That way, you can actually see if your IP is changing and how often. It's been working pretty well for me so far, but the number of impressions you get can differ between companies. For example, In about 6-7 hours, I got about 2000 Amazon impressions, ~350 Adsense, and about ~40 Sedo.

I think the Alexa Rank Cheater does the same thing, but it's nifty you can do it yourself.
