As titile says what are they? Are they legit ? It will not harm domain ? Can i use this service to increase my domain authority for blackhat website and get traffic ? If yes then how long it long if i do the regular content update and backlinks on the site. Is it worth buying? Cause i saw some seller in marketplace selling this service but i can't find any genuine review.

It will merely give you a cuter higher DA number, so you can sell shitty guest posts/PBN links on Fiverr to less mentally gifted people. That's all that will happen.

Is it safe? No.

Will it bring more traffic? Absolutely not.
 
I don't want to demoralize someone's work but by doing such we are just fooling Moz Bot. It's nothing more than that. It don't any value to your domain. I used such service and Not even single keyword of mine went up. No traffic increase. Even though I was posting regular but wasn't making any backlinks.

If i increase the DA and then post the content and do the backlink of it will it then effect the ranking?

Think it like this - DA increase doesn't matter (if you avail a service to increase it).

Your website is same even if you don't use the service or you use it.

What will effect your ranking is the On page and the backlinks you are creating. (Sudden DA increasing services will have no effect)

It mostly doesn't harm the site but it doesn't help at all. It's just numbers and nothing else.
