I am looking to incorporate again but I want to do it in Nevada. I will have a registered agent for receiving state documents but I wanted to know if anyone was using any mail services that would forward mail to my home address (which is in another state).

Do you only need mail forwarding or a virtual office (Business License) ?

I believe Wyoming is the new Nevada when it comes to corporate benefits.

You may want to look into that state before you make your decisions.

Don't you have to have your bank accounts in NV too? At least you could just visit Lost Wages... err.. Las Vegas often.

My late father was anonymously incorporated in NV for the last 10 years of his life, which ended in June of this year.

It worked out really well for him; he had a great registered agent that attended to his specific needs. His need for that type of corporation included a bevy of ex-wives (yeah, he was a womanizer) and one of them found the right lawyer to bring him to his knees and he had to file bankrupcy back then, and she never stopped stalking him and his business and assets until his very last day.

His NV registered corp and agent protected him to the degree allowed. That bitch never found him again.

I've been incorporated in Delaware for 4 years, but I would seriously look into NV or others if I were to start over. Also, I think Uptown's Anonymous Incorporation is good too for a managed corp in Kansas, US.

    On a second note .....

I was just looking at maillinkplus and found something interesting in their FAQ. They actually advertise that they work with spammers -LOL-

    Ups....

I use Incparadise and have been very happy with them. They have mail forwarding and also give you a street address and suite number. They also have a few banks they work with for opening NV bank accts. They notify you by email when mail comes in, you sign into your account and it tells you what you have received like, letter, package, etc. and they give the return address on the mail, you can tell them to send asap, trash it or whatever. When I used them to incorporate, I ordered late in the evening on Dec 23rd and by noon on Dec 24th they had already completed the corporation. Didnt even take 24 hrs. They also have your "articles of incorporation" and other forms online where you just print them out when needed. You can also use their service where your minutes are entered and listed in your account also. Take a look at them, I highly recommend them.
