Most of them use the same private templates. Do 20 minutes of KW research in any niche and you're bound to find 2-3 of them, it's insane. They've spread so far and fast since everyone was stuck in their house lol. I think the worst of it all is google really seems to like them.

Everybody wants Google's bread.

I know their layout but I've yet to actually stumble into one without purposefully looking for competitors in a niche. As far as I know their course is all about the content without any backlinking so that explains why.

Whoever got in early must have made good $ during the pandemic.

But early in the virus outbreak it wasn't easy to anticipate this. I remember posting about the virus and users saying it was no big deal.

There are a ton about.
I wonder how many stick with it?
There's a few p24 fanboys on YouTube who post about their blogs. Many are painful to watch. 12 months down the road and making $40 a month.

Most of them it seems. Lots of potential and decent rating but people just stop making content. From what i've seen anyway heh.

I downloaded the course and tried it out. It's very basic and slow. Most of what they tell you to do over 6 months can all be condensed into a week or 2 (to be fair it's for noobs tho). I tried to follow it but ended up blowing past it immediately and just deleted the course.

I’ve been researching niches for a new site and their sites win snippets for questions in a lot of the niches. I don’t think the method will work for competitive niches but if you follow their keyword research method and find keywords, it’s very easy to rank on page 1.

I just started a site in August based on their method and I already have a couple of keywords on page 1. One is at #6. It’s too soon to tell whether the keywords will bring any traffic. It could also be a total waste of time but I’ll know in a few months.

I'm going to be honest, Sometimes i use their sites as keyword pinatas. They are good keywords and since they rarely do any real seo other than "content is king" it's easy to outrank them on their own words. And yeah, they do get a lot of snippets. The advice he gives for that is pretty solid.

And in general, do the keywords get decent traffic when you rank for them? My site is too new to tell. Plus it’s a travel site so I don’t expect any searches for a while anyway.

Not sure i understand the question, Do their keywords get a lot of traffic? Yes, depends on how good they did their research.

Oh sorry. I was talking about the keywords you used from their sites on your own site. I was asking if you managed to get decent traffic from those keywords when you used them.

So true. I am all in for long-term projects but that kind of philosophy is just absurd.

Yeah, I usually only go after the really good easy ones tho. Usualy filler content to bring an extra couple hundred a month to website

I noticed this too actually, no matter what niche I search for, there's always a few. I think it's called acabado theme or something. And usually the content is like 100 times longer than anyone elses.
