Including a message when adding friends = trouble?

Does anybody know for sure whether adding the same message with each friend request will get your account flagged?

Let's say you can normally send out 30 friend requests per day for a profile with no problems.

Will adding the same message to each of the 30 requests cause your profile to get flagged or does FB not pay attention to messages attached to friend requests?

My experience is if you send out messages by themselves to non-friends, FB warns you pretty fast. Does that still hold if the message is attached to a friend request?

quite opposite, I guess. Adding messages ( different if possible ) will make your friend requests unique so not flagged, i guess.

I've done that and haven't got any problems.
