I saw one or two decent-looking incentivized email submits on OfferVault. I think they were with MotiveInteractive. Can anyone share other CPA networks that have easy first page incentivized email submits? I am wondering if I can use blackhatcodebreaker with this and be on the fence with the network since it would sort of be on their terms. Also, does anyone know of job-related email submits?

Search one time with "(incentives allowed", and one time with "(incentive ok".
    Both including the quotes.
    This should catch most.

    EDIT: Also check at affspy.com.

With incentivized email submits, the networks assume the conversions are going to be a lot lower, correct?

With conversions, I'm referring to not just Page 1 & 2, but actually completing the entire program (like doing all of the offers, etc. for the free Ipod/Purse/TV).

Yes, agree completely with both posts.
The more desirable the incentive, and/or the more hungry/desperate your traffic for that incentive, the higher the completion rate.
Even if the sales backend staff of the merchant were hired animals from the local zoo, the offer would still convert like crazy by itself.
