Incentive CPA Offers

I am venturing onto one of my first projects on incentive friendly CPA offers and have a very quick question?

If I have a n (affiliate link) it says this is a (one field incentive) and is in the category email submit. SO when you click on the link you enter your email address and you hit a submit button. Now when I check my affiliate reports the click is registered but I am not getting paid for the lead?

Am I missing the point and totally not understanding the concept?

Please help?

There is probably more in the campaign description advising on how much of the offer has to be completed before you get paid.
Or if its truly a 1 field submit and they are only paying for the email address - then you got scrubbed.

This probably varies from network to network and between all the different email and zip submits.

Some submits require that you complete a secondary offer, it just depends.

It could also be that the network reporting is not in real time. If it doesn't show up in 24 hours I would talk to your AM.

Make sure your lead is from USA. Maybe try checking some hours after your submits.
If there's nothing, they're shaving you (and don't worry instead enjoy it since you'll have to get used of it)
