so I live in the US. I just started working with Incentaclick. I asked about filling out the W-9 but they said they do not require one. I asked about the 1099 MISC I will get at the end of the year for tax purposes and they said that they dont send those either. SO, how does this work with taxes. am I free and clear not to claim any of this money?? if so I am going to push them even harder!!

IncentaClick is in Canada so they are likely not as fussy about American tax forms. You are still responsible to pay taxes on your income - but only really counts if you get audited. ;-) imh - it's best to play by the rules now and avoid future pain later
