Quick question about incent offers. I realize or I at least thought most do not allow direct "cash". What about offering a VCC of a specific value loaded with cash? I honestly have no idea if this is allowed and would prefer to ask here before going to my CPA manager.

I think it really depends what kind of incent offers you are talking about. Surveys, short forms, actual products? Most advertisers will say that cash is cash but I suppose you could call a vcc a gift even though it's pretty much cash. If the people geniunely fill out the offers or end up using the products then you will be valuable, that's that. There are a lot of restrictions like "no cash or points" but the networks and advertisers gotta understand that if we can bend the rules and end up making them happy the end justifies the means.

Thanks WhiskerBiscuit. My CPA manager told me that incent could be points or a gift. Honestly not sure what kind of incent offer, I was just thinking out loud :) Appreciate the feedback.

Haha, he's lurkin around here somewhere. Copeac is quality for incent traffic though so you should be good. Also checkout instant dollarz, commissionxchange, hydra, neverblue.

Thanks, WhiskerBiscuit. COPEAC have been good, out of all the CPA companies I applied to, they were the only ones to accept me. I will give those other ones you listed a shot now.

ximscreamingx, they never actually called or contacted me. I was told simply via email that they were not going to accept me. CPA Storm was one, I can't remember the others. Thanks for the link.

Just call them. Taking the initiative with networks will go a long way. Ask them why exactly they denied you. I would suspect it's because you want to run incentivized offers. Just tell them you want to promote things pretty white hat to begin with, and later ask them how you should go about promoting incentivized offers.

CPA Master had a really good post on that thread..

I emailed CPA Storm and got that reply. I actually had no intention of running an incent site at that time. I completely agree though that calling them would help. If I knew wtf I was doing with CPA and how to make steady money from it I would get them on the phone. For now I will just play with COPEAC and I'll try a few of the sites above until I know wtf I am doing.

Many (almost all) companies that denied me reversed their decisions after I called them. Actually, any network that accepts me without a phone call makes me suspicious.

Copeac didn't require a phone call, but they did ask me to send them photo ID. My am at copeac is very cool. I ask him shady questions and he doesn't freak out, I think he's just happy that I'm being open and honest with him.

*edit* oh yeah, about your question. I think your idea about money on a vcc as incent is a creative idea. You should just ask your am at copeac if it's do-able. It's a legit question IMO and not nearly as bad as some of the stuff I ask them :)
