I've hit #1 for a 1300 searches per month keyword. It's been almost 2 weeks now, and i havent got a single hit yet :)
That's for google.com but i've checked google.co.uk and couple of others im not #1 there but 1st page, so that should be well propagated around the servers and so...

I've got 1st page for the very same site for few other terms as well with similar monthly traffic. Not getting any traffic from them either...

So, is the google monthly searches data highly inaccurate? What's your experience with that?
On average the #1 spot is supposed to get about 42% of the monthly searches traffic.

1 of 2 things is happening

1)You are not on the first page. Try use a SERP checker, or use google chrome browser in incognito mode.

2)Your site gives people zero reason to click it.
