After some recent events on eBay and paypal i've finally decided to leave my legit account (10 year member, now with tons of limits, chargebacks and whatever else). I'm sick of putting up with their cra[, and i've decided to go stealth. Since my sole income came from buying/selling on ebay, i'm in a hurry to get this in motion, because i know it's a long drawn out process if you want to do it right. I want to be 100% invisible.

So here's what i've done so far.

I set up a VPN, and i did my research on these companies in order to pick a truly untraceable company.

Then i purchased a tracphone, set it up under an alias, and it is now up and running with 3 months of service and 140 minutes. All for right at 29$.

I then purchased a NetSpend card from my local speedway.

And this is where i began running into some issues. I went to set up my online bank account with NS and was required to enter a SSN to continue. I attempted to set it up using an alternative option, like a foreign license number that i found online. It acted like it accepted it, but then wouldn't let me log-in saying i needed to register it. I haven't attempted it again, since i put 50$ on the card and i don't want it to be de-activated due to entering the wrong information again.

I have not yet tried linking the account to paypal, because i wanted to find out some information first before rushing into and having to switch to a different server and getting my newly created paypal account banned or flagged.

So my long list of questions are:

Do i need to base my paypal account around the fake ID that i eventually acquire? Like, does my fake information on my NS account need to match the name and info that i register the paypal account under? I've heard that paypal can only see the account number and routing number of the account you link to it, and that the bank is not legally allowed to disclose personal information on the account. But i've read in other places that you should not put your own information on you bank account, because you will be caught. If paypal can't see anything more then a routing number and account number, why would it matter if i used my own information?

Then, i have read that setting up a Canadian paypal account is much easier for what i will be doing. Is it true that a canadian account is less restricted? If so, will i be able to link my netspend account to a canadian paypal/ebay account? Is there any sort of currency conversion i need to be worried about? I have sold items to buyers all over the world with my previous US account, and the currency was converted automatically.

Also, does anyone know where i can purchase a male "full" as i've heard it called. Or an in depth fake ID, if you know what i mean. This may come off wrong, but i don't mean it wrong in anyway. But i live in an area with a lot of illegals, and throughout highschool everyone would joke about these ethnic stores that provide SSN and much more to accommodate illegals. Would this be my best option? or can they be obtained online. I found a database of information, but it is provided by the gov, i feel like it could be a set-up. Has anyone purchased from this database i speak of?

Is there any other surefire VBA/debit card like online account that is guaranteed to work? Are there any measures i can take in order to make sure by NS debit account is not flagged by paypal or removed after adding it? ie adding funds to paypal from this account, or transferring funds out of this account to where paypal would see that it was a NS account?

I would be happy to help anyone as i figure this stuff out. And any help offered would be GREATLY appreciated! I know i'm new around here, but i've been lurking for some time now!

    Thanks in advance!

First thing that I see as a potential hazard is your choice in a vpn. You need to pick a VPS because finding a truly loyal
company that will only give you a dedicated vpn is rare. VPS is the way to go for sure.

sounds like you are going overboard with this. I haven't been on ebay for a long time, at least not as a seller. but the last time I checked, all you need to do is get a new bank account through a real bank. then set up paypal with new bank account + BS name. but maybe things have changed a lot since couple of years ago.

VPN Are now widely known to cause issues and most providors are known to ebay / paypal .
As stated a VPS is required or dongles are just as easy.
purchasing ID is not required you just need to choose banks / vba a little better.
SSN is only an issue when the account reaches a certain level at this point you simply open more new ones.
Canada paypal is no different to US .
Accounts can be obtained with full working ebay / paypal and vps service ready to sell on if your struggling with things.

    I'm having similar problems.
I tried to verify my nfinanse and I couldn't.
Had to spend the money that was on it.

If anyone knows a way to set up an anonymous debit card let me know please.

I can't post what i was going to post due to filters on my account since i am still new here. Sorry for not answering or responding to everyone, i have to make my post as bland as possible so it can be posted.

Yes, i may be going overboard, but i would rather be safe then sorry. When an account is in a negative balance, i heard many people say they find ways of getting the info tied to your bank account, and i'd rather not test that the hard way and end up with a debt collector calling me 24/7 or my credit rating itself plummeting.

As far as a VPS goes. I appreciate the Tip very much, but am curious how it would be safer for my IP and or account with that company tied to a specific IP address? If paypal or authorities wanted to figure out who i was, the VPS service would have to provide the real IP and contact info of whomever the fake IP was tied to. Is that correct? If they gave me a special IP that only i could use, then my normal IP and account info would be documented as having that IP right? Versus a VPN where hundreds or thousands of people are using the same IP?

Once again, i'm a newbie so please correct me if i'm wrong in my thoughts. I only recently started researching this and would rather take a few extra steps to stay invisible, rather then giving some information in some areas.

Also still wondering if a Canadian account would be a better route. Or what debit account or VBA is the best route to take. I need to have a physical card with a decent withdraw limit. Preferably one i can pick-up at a convenient store or grocery store. If this isn't possible, which route can i take?

Thank you, i was trying to use their site, but there are a lot of wierd things that threw me off. The fact that you are almost required to purchase their eBay Stealth book to even use half of the features on their site is kind of annoying. especially because when you look up reviews on it, everyone says it's outdated and has never been updated. I believe i'm going to be able to find solution, i just need a working VBA or VCC service. can anyone recommend one? maybe someone on this site?

    Firstly
You are not required to buy the book .
Plus you can mention things which are not allowed to be mentioned here .
The solution you require will cost you about $30 for a good working VBA and VCC
But you will have to search on another forum for this service as selling such is not allowed on BHW

    Go into "my ebay"
On the left hand side column go down to selling section
    click on "all selling"
This will then bring up your selling homepage with limits etc

Yes if you have an unlimited account it will not show any info .
But just remember .. be a good seller or they will impose limits.
An unlimited account can make you a lot of money if you can find the right products but they can also take this away from you very quickly .

Ebay Accounts - True, but in order to post in the BST on their site or do a good majority of other required tasks you must be a "subscribed member" which will cost you the price of their subscription, or you can get 6 free months by purchasing the book. The account i created two days ago, that i am currently trying to log in under hangs on the log-in after entering my information, then my browser shows the server as "Error 324 (net::ERR_EMPTY_RESPONSE): The server closed the connection without sending any data." This occurs everytime i attempt to log-in, and i believe it is because i did not donate. Whenever i browse the forums and i am not logged in, everything works fine. I only receive this error when attempting to log-in so i can view the BST and contact members for their services. Seems odd that this only started happening after i declined the book offer twice.

Asteep - The fact that you have an unlimited account is incredible. I've set up two different accounts using real information, and both were automatically limited. In order to keep it unlimited however, i would recommend selling in low risk categories. Also, don't start out selling many items at once. I've always heard to just browse ebay for the first 15-30 days, watch items, browse eBay, and maybe buy a few items if there is anything your needing around the house or something. Then 31-60 days in you should list a few low risk items (not cell phones, other electronics, jewelry, etc.) maybe do clothing? or something that isn't highly faked, or used to scam people. Just to stay below eBay's radar. They tend to watch newer accounts much more then older accounts. After you've listed a couple things in low-risk categories, you can try a higher risk area. But when you do this, still list in low-risk area, and wait until your high-risk item has been delivered and positive feedback left before listing another. Using eBay effectively is a slow process, you must be patient if you wish to avoid limitations on your account. If you rush into it, log in from multiple IP's, make your customers mad, and a long list of other things, you will be limited!

As eBayaccounts stated, aspkin offers a ton of awesome advice for starting an ebay account and how to fly under the radar!

gold - i considered strong vpn because of it's high ratings on Cnet and other sites, however i read an article about strong that clearly showed that they log their customer data, which is what i did not want. I am current with torguard, does anyone know anything about this vpn service? it was only 14.99 for 3 months so im not invested, but so far it seems very good.

It is true to go into the BST section you do need to be a subscribed member due to the sensitive nature of things as we all know ebay does visit these forums to try to pick up on all the new tricks.
However i think your log in problems are something other than buying the book .
There is approx 15000 members who are not subscribed who visit daily so i would fire them off an email and question this .
And as an un subscribed member there is only 2 sections you cannot view , 1 is account buying and other is the subscribed area.
The reast of the forum will provide what you need.

As stated they can impose limits if :
1 They dont like what you sell
2 Your feedback becomes erratic with negatives and neutrals.
3 Your detailed seller ratings slip with a few low scores.
4 You fail to pay your ebay invoices on time.
